Privacy Policy

1. What we store at sign-up

We don't ask for an email address or phone number at sign-up. We store only the following.

• The username you chose.
• Your password, kept only as a hash and never in its original form.
• A hash of the IP address used to sign up, used only to enforce the limit of 3 accounts per IP address.

2. Payment records

Top-ups go through a separate secure payment window. HiProxy receives and keeps records from it such as the amount, coin, network, transaction ID and payment status.

We never receive or store wallet private keys or card details.

3. Account and order data

To show it in your dashboard and keep your plans running, we keep your balance, top-up history, orders, plan settings, proxy username, Allowed IPs and the usage needed for billing.

4. Cookies

HiProxy uses only a few cookies that the site needs to work.

• Session cookie: keeps you logged in.
• Language cookie: remembers your language for the next visit.
• First-visit source cookie: notes how you first arrived, such as from a search result or a link.

5. Why we use data

We use the data we store to run your account, process top-ups and orders, and stop misuse of the service.

6. Sharing with others

HiProxy does not sell personal data. We pass on only what is needed to companies that help run the service, such as the payment window and hosting, or provide data when the law requires us to.

7. How long we keep data

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. When an account is deleted, we erase its personal data and keep only the payment and order records we must hold for accounting and legal reasons.

8. Deleting your account

You can request account deletion while signed in to the account. Deleting an account also removes any balance left on it, and this cannot be undone, so it is best to spend the remaining balance before you ask.

9. Changes to this policy

HiProxy may revise this policy, and the date at the top marks the current version.
