Refund Policy

Last updated 2026-10-31

Every HiProxy refund goes back to your account balance. Below is when a refund applies and how it is handled.

1. Refunds are made to your balance

Every refunded amount is added back to your HiProxy balance. We don't send it to a crypto wallet or any other account, and you can spend it on any of the four products.

2. Orders that can't be activated

If an order fails, is cancelled or can't be activated, everything you paid goes back to your balance. You don't need to ask, it happens as part of the cancellation.

3. Plans that are already active

An active plan already has its days, traffic or IPs assigned to your account, so it is not refunded. Residential traffic never expires, so any GB you have left stays on your account.

4. Unused balance

Balance you haven't spent stays on your account with no expiry. Use it for any plan whenever you like.

5. Top-up bonus

A single top-up of $100 or more adds a bonus of 20% to 50% to your balance, depending on the amount (for example, a $100 top-up adds a $20 bonus, $120 in total). Bonus balance can only be spent on plans and is never paid out as cash or crypto.

6. Crypto sending mistakes

Send exactly the coin and network shown in the payment window. Crypto transfers can't be reversed, so check the address, network and amount once more before you send.

If you sent a different amount, used a different network or the top-up doesn't show in your balance, keep the transaction ID and check the top-up status on the History tab of your dashboard. Once the payment is confirmed, the amount actually received is added to your balance. Funds sent on a different network may not be recoverable.

7. Checking refunds and top-ups

You can see all refunds and top-ups on the History tab of your dashboard.
