These terms apply whenever you create a HiProxy account or use a HiProxy proxy at hiproxy.shop. Signing up or buying a plan means you accept them.
1. What we provide
HiProxy provides proxies through the gateway gate.hiproxy.shop. The products are residential proxies bought by the GB, unlimited residential proxies bought by the day, and static ISP and datacenter proxies bought per IP per month.
Plan contents, prices and available countries are those shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard when you make the purchase.
2. Your account
You sign up with a username and a password only. You are responsible for keeping your login details and proxy credentials to yourself and for everything that happens on your account.
- One IP address can create at most 3 accounts.
- We do not collect an email address or phone number at sign-up, so if you forget your username or password there is no way to recover the account. Write both down and keep them somewhere safe.
- Changing your account password signs you out on all other devices.
3. Balance and top-ups
HiProxy is paid from a prepaid USD balance. You top up the balance with crypto in the payment window and buy plans with that balance.
Each top-up can be from $30 to $5,000. Visitors from 72 lower-income countries have a $20 minimum. A single top-up of $100 or more earns a bonus of 20% to 50% depending on the amount (for example, a $100 top-up adds a $20 bonus, $120 in total). The bonus is added as balance and is spent the same way as the rest of your balance.
4. Orders and activation
When you buy a plan, the price comes out of your balance right away and the order shows activating until the network switches it on.
If an order can't be activated, it is cancelled and everything you paid goes back to your balance. A plan's period is counted from the moment the order becomes active.
5. Proxy credentials
Each account gets one proxy username and one proxy password, both visible in the dashboard. You can issue a new proxy password at any time and register up to 10 server IPv4 addresses as Allowed IPs.
Concurrent connections, bandwidth, traffic and number of IPs are whatever the plan you bought includes.
6. Usage rules
You may use HiProxy only within the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you and to the sites you visit. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Suspension and termination
HiProxy may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts the network or other customers at risk.
You may stop using the service whenever you like, and you can request deletion of your account while signed in to it.
8. Refunds
Refunds go to your balance as set out in the Refund Policy. We do not pay out balance to a crypto wallet.
9. Changes to the service
HiProxy may change products, prices, countries and features. A price change applies to orders placed after it, and plans you already paid for stay as they are.
Proxy IPs are sourced from outside networks, so a given IP or location may change over time.
10. Limits on liability
The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, HiProxy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its liability for any claim never exceeds what you paid for the plan in question.
11. Changes to these terms
HiProxy may revise these terms, and the date at the top marks the current version. If you keep using the service after a revision, the revised terms apply to you.
